3 EASY STEPS TO DECORATING YOUR HOME: Start with a free home design!
Whether you’re available to meet at your home or not, we have an easy 3 step system to get your plans set up.
STEP 1: E-MAIL PHOTOS & YOUR REQUEST
Start by sending us photos of your home and the areas you would like to have the lights or decorations installed, as well as a simple description of what type of design you’re interested in. This step is mandatory whether we set up a consultation at your home or not, this way our professionals can have a preconceived idea of what the work will entail and potential design ideas to suggest.
STEP 2: SCHEDULE A DESIGN CONSULTATION
Once we have received your photos and a description of the desired work, we can move forward with setting up a design consultation. This is when one of our professionals will meet with you personally or over e-mail/phone, to get the design details laid out. We always offer some suggestions, but we take pride in making your dream designs come to fruition. We will go over safety concerns, electrical outlet locations and all the necessary groundwork before the installation.
STEP 3: SCHEDULE A WORK DATE
Now that we have plans and designs set in place, we can move forward with scheduling a date to have the installation done. We understand during the season, many people have family and friends over, so we always like to plan ahead and get the installation done in time for your festive gatherings. Whether you are home or not, if requested we can have our installation team come by and install the lights and decorations while you are at work. If you would like to be present, we can schedule around your convenience.
Ashley’s Tree Care always lives up to our environmental commitment, and even when installing lights for the holidays, we take a responsible approach and if interested, supply LED lights. These lights use 85% less energy than traditional incandescent lights, while still glowing brighter, longer and cooler. Not only will using LED lights save you energy but will also save you money due to their long lasting lifespan. LED lights require less energy which means they do not heat up nearly as much and will also rarely need to be replaced. However, with that being said, we always go according to the agenda of our customers. If you prefer to use your existing lights, we will work with what is given to us.
As for prices, they usually vary depending on the size and complexity of the installation, but our rates are approximately $200 per hour. This rate includes a team of experienced professionals, large trucks required for lifting the crew to heights unreachable or unsafe with a ladder, and all the necessary equipment.
