WHAT IS AN ARBORIST REPORT?

An Arborist Report is a detailed report that outlines the condition and state of a single tree or multiple trees in question. As a result it will outline how they will be affected. Arborist Reports are written by an ISA Certified Arborist to determine the tree’s overall health, which is mandatory to obtain a tree removal permit. A report may recommend ways to keep a tree healthy during construction or advise the tree’s removal if necessary. Other details you’ll find in an Arborist Report include the tree’s exact size, species, location, photos, and other important information.
